the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
my room lacked sound insulation , and i could hear street noise throughout the night. the curtains did not fully block out light , so streetlights shone into the room. i was also disappointed that there was no refrigerator.

amazing stay!

the staff greeted me with HUGE smiles. i really appreciated the daily snacks and the hot cocoa available in the lobby each evening. the location made it easy to walk to many interesting places in the downtown area. i will definitely stay here again!
During check-in, i received the option of a city-facing room or a 'quiet interior view'. It faced a wall maybe eight feet from our windows, with only a narrow sliver of natural light coming in. I wish i had been given a city-facing room.

the hotel is VERY walkable and situated right in the theater district. it is also conveniently just a block away from the popular Boston Common. this central location made exploring the city easy.

i had a comfortable king room with floor-to-ceiling windows. it included complimentary bottles of water. the room was very spacious and super clean. everything i needed for a relaxing stay was thoughtfully provided.

the hotel features a wonderful coffee shop located right in the lobby. this was SO convenient for grabbing quality refreshments each morning. i found the staff to be very pleasant and always ready to help with anything i needed.

there is an excellent restaurant called rukku. the breakfast was good. it did not stand out as really good. but offered a satisfactory start to the day before exploring the city.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. They promptly moved me to a room that better suited my needs. The location is downtown, close to big stores and Boston Common. The barman was also super friendly and polite.
The lobby and bar areas are quite simple. The pictures look better.

The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. They arranged an early check-in after my long day of travel. A welcome snack of hot cider and donuts was a nice touch. The service and attention to detail was noteworthy and appreciated.

A very good cafe and Japanese restaurant are located downstairs in the building. The staff surprised me with a chilled bottle of champagne in the room on my Birthday!!! Hot chocolate was available in the lobby.

The location was amazing. It put me right in the heart of the action! the room had complimentary snacks and drinks refilled daily, such a treat. the bathroom included a big shower with shampoo and shower gel. Super convenient!
the lobby seemed a bit small, it felt quite crowded at times.
